Back in the U.S., I worked in the hospitality industry in Houston, TX, where I excelled as an assistant manager and trainer. Later, I worked privately managing assets across Texas, procuring and handling documentation and permits. My career then led me to a pediatric clinic, where I worked closely with patients and insurance companies. Hello, my name is Irene Toralba. I've been working remotely for about four years in the dental field. Verifying insurance, determining dental benefits for patients, making appointment schedules, billing, and responding to questions or concerns from patients make up a majority of my work. Prior to starting my career in dentistry, at the university where I received my undergraduate degree, I was employed as a cashiering assistant. I got closer to customers and assisted them with their questions and concerns when I was promoted to office assistant/customer relations assistant after a year.
